Once your payment is successfully processed, your eBook download will be instantly available. A download link will also be sent to your email. Please ensure you save your files promptly. Lost or deleted files can be resent upon request within 7 days of purchase.

All digital downloads are final once delivered. If you experience issues accessing your eBook or receive the wrong file, please contact us immediately. We’re happy to assist or issue a refund if necessary. For printed products, refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect orders.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only for accidental duplicate purchases or technical issues we cannot resolve. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details. Refunds are processed after verification and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment method.
